Crystal Springs Commentary

I must not be very good at this blog thing, I cannot seem to get words and pictures to harmonize on the same post.
Had a great day at Crystal Springs. Primary objective was to go on a nice walk, not so much take pictures, as it was the heat of the day. Such a great shaded area with so much water it runs at least 10 degrees cooler. I did end up getting a couple of fun photos, not sure if there is anything worth listing, but I enjoyed the trek none the less!
If you live in, or are visiting the Portland area be sure to hit this spot! This park is at it's best during the spring season, with a HUGE sale on Mothers day sale that is not to be missed!
More information can be found at Portland Parks and Recreation.
Enjoy!

Boredom Monster

I have been feeling a bit bored with my camera lately, so today I brought a friend for it out into the yard. Camera meet kaleidoscope!

Sometimes he can be sweet

I promised kitten so here he is!

Too quick to catch sometimes! He is a lot of fun to try out shutter speeds with though!

Alex's Flowers

Hopefully in the morning I will like a couple of these enough to have some thing to sell! I have a terrible computer monitor that only displays in blurry. I am starting to learn which blurry is which (photo vs screen) but I still call it wrong often enough. Sometimes I know a picture has blur and I just want to see if it looks good that way, so I have to put them somewhere so that I can check them from the work computer. Fingers crossed!!

I spend most of my photography time taking pictures of MY garden. Tonight I went to visit my neighbor Alex and took some photos of his beautiful plants!
